Policy Reminders

• Rent Reminder:
  Rent is due on the 5th, along with any additional charges such as utilities or maintenance fees.
• Parking Reminder:
  Each tenant is allowed one parking spot. Please display your parking sticker and avoid parking on the grass.
• Pet Reminder:
  Unregistered pets may result in a 30-Day lease termination.
  
• Ban List:
  Review the ban list on our website. Immediate termination will occur if any banned individuals are found at your unit.

FSS Announcement
We are excited to welcome Ms. Arrion McNair as our new Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator. RCHA is now accepting applications for this program!

Safety
For concerns about crime, contact your local police station first. Notify RCHA after. Only call 911 for immediate threats to life, safety, or health.
