Reminders

• New rent payment begins November 1, 2023.
• Tenants are not allowed to perform maintenance on their apartment and/or deny bug treatment, it is a lease violation.
• Bulb replacement inside the unit is the responsibility of the tenant.

Porch lighting and/or difficult-to-reach spots, contact maintenance.

Streetlights, contact the utility company.

• Tenants are responsible for their guest's activity. Guests breaking the law or terms of your lease can result in lease terminations.
• Turkey fryers and/or deep fryers are to be used outside, 6ft away from building.
• No parking on grass, even during the holiday.
