Reminders

  • School Supply Drive - August 20-22.
  • Trash cans should only be placed out one (1) day before trash pickup and placed behind your unit after trash pickup.
  • All pet waste should be disposed of:
    • 1st-3rd offense: $10 fee.
    • 4th offense: Lease Violation.
  • All inoperable vehicles should be removed or towed at your own expense.
