Reminders:
- Curfew for ages under 18 will begin from 9 PM - 7 AM
- No Swimming pools or fireworks
- Only: Sprinklers and/or Slip N Slides, they should be unhooked and put up after usage. Maintenance will not pick up during lawn care.
- Children should be supervised at all times.
- Trash around your unit will result in a $20 clean-up fee and/or lease termination for repeat offenders.
- Under our Boarders and Lodgers Policy any guest who stays longer than 14 days is a lease violation.
- please pick up after your pet/animals should be on a leash.
Ban and Crime Updates:
Please be advised that if you see anyone who is on the banned list and/or committing a crime in your community immediately call 911 first, then RCHA. You can call anonymously.

Pest Control:
Pest Control will be onsite on July 29-30, 2024.
You are not allowed to decline them from coming into your apartment.
