Message from RCHA's Executive Director, Niakeya Cooper

It is the mission of the RCHA to provide affordable, decent, safe and sanitary housing opportunities to low and moderate-income families, including elderly and handicapped persons, while supporting programs to foster economic self-sufficiency.

Community Spotlight 

Emily Emerson holding her Pharmacy Technician certificate.

Congratulations to Ms. Emily on her outstanding achievement. She successfully completed her Pharmacy Technician course through Robeson Community College and has earned a well-deserved promotion to Certified Pharmacy Technician at her workplace.


Community Reminders

  • Outdoor Equipment Reminder 
    Splash pads, sprinklers, and similar items must be picked up after each use so maintenance can safely and effectively cut the grass. 

  • Key Replacement Policy 
    A replacement key requires a $20 money order paid upfront before a new key can be issued. 

  • Maintenance Work Orders 
    All maintenance work orders must be submitted through the resident portal. If you have multiple repair needs, please include all repairs in one work order. Duplicate work orders for the same issue should not be submitted. Contact your ROSS Coordinator, Michaela with help registering for the portal at 910.374.8561.

  • Curfew for ages under 18 will begin from 9 PM - 7 AM

  • Parking and Vehicle Reminder 
    One parking space per unit; valid sticker required; no grass/curb/mailbox parking; violators may be towed.

  • Inspections are July 27 - July 29

  • Closed July 3rd in Observance of Independence Day
