All maintenance work orders must be submitted through the Resident Portal. If you have multiple repair needs, please include all repairs in one work order. Duplicate work orders for the same issue should not be submitted. Contact your ROSS Coordinator, Michaela with help registering for the portal at 910.374.8561.
