Community Reminders:

• Key Replacement Policy
  • A replacement key requires a $20 money order paid upfront before a new key can be issued. Starting April 1, 2026
    
    
• Smoke Detector Notice
  • Missing smoke detectors will result in a $250 charge per smoke detector and a lease violation. Please ensure all detectors remain in place for safety and compliance.
    
    
• Animal Policy
  • All animal owners need to pick up after their animals and dispose of waste properly so our community stays clean and enjoyable for everyone.
    
    
• Late Rent Policy
  • Effective immediately, partial payments will no longer be accepted for past‑due rent. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before it can be processed.
    
    
• Borders and Lodgers
  • If an individual is living in the unit and is not listed on the lease, please ensure they are formally added through the proper approval process.
  • Guest are allowed 14 days per calendar year. Anything over 14 days will require a written approval from your housing manager.
    
    
• Trash Disposal Expectations
  • All household trash must be properly bagged and placed inside designated trash bins. Please do not leave trash on sidewalks, porches, or in common areas.
  • Failure to comply will result in a lease violation and charge.
