Community Reminders

• Late Rent Policy 
  
  • Effective immediately, partial payments will no longer be accepted for past‑due rent. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before it can be processed.
    
    
• Online Portal 
  
  • Please sign up for the housing online portal to ensure timely access to notices, updates, and required documents.
  • If you need assistance with the sign‑up process, please contact Dechelle or Kathy for support.
    
    
• Smoke Detector Notice
  • Missing smoke detectors will result in a $250 charge per smoke detector and a lease violation. Please ensure all detectors remain in place for safety and compliance.
    
    
• Recertification Notice
  • Recertification letters will be sent out in March. Please keep an eye on your mail and respond promptly.
    
    
• Parking Notice
  • Tenants must use only one designated parking spot and display a valid sticker; parking on grass or in unauthorized areas may result in a $50 fine and towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
