RCHA Administration Office Open Monday, September 9th

RCHA Administration Office and Morgan Britt will operate on a normal schedule Monday, September 9th (8:15- 5:15). Rent will be collected during this time.  A drop box for collections is available 24 hours 7 days a week. 

Rent collection for Benton Court and McCall Page Plaza will be Monday, September 9th from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm at their offices. 

Rent collection for Westgate Terrace office will be Tuesday, September 13th at 9:00 am.  A drop box for collections is available 24 hours 7 days a week.

Late Fees will be applied after 5:00 pm on Thursday September 12th. 

Report all damages from Hurricane Dorian by calling in a work order to maintenance to the following numbers:
