Notice of Review Period and Public Hearing

Robeson County Housing Authority is amending the Admission and Continued Occupancy Policies (ACOP) to change the monthly rent due date. The date will change from the first (1ST) of the month to the fifth (5TH) of the month. This information will be available for review, during normal business hours, at the Main Office, located at 100 Oxendine Circle, Lumberton, North Carolina and online at Robesonha.org beginning March 20, 2024 and end May 8, 2024. A Public Hearing is scheduled for May 9, 2024 at 4:00 pm. Should you require special accommodations please submit them in writing to the attention of Niakeya J. Cooper, Executive Director on or before April 15, 2024.
